What soil conditions do you work with?
We work with all soil types common in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, including clay, silt, sand, gravel, and mixed fill. The Lower Mainland's clay-heavy soils in many areas require careful excavation techniques to prevent slumping and ensure stable trench walls. We assess soil conditions as part of our project planning and use appropriate shoring or sloping techniques as required by WorkSafeBC regulations.
